School Leadership Training
ASTI Leadership Training is aimed at supporting teachers who are considering applying for Assistant Principals A and B posts.
The training focuses on:
- the leadership and management framework for schools as set out in Circular 0003/2018;
- discusses in depth the 4 domains of leadership,
- and how the quality assurance framework – Looking at Our Schools – is integrated into these domains.
Training also includes CV and interview preparation and a self-reflection methodology focusing on teachers’ aspirations and expectations of a school leadership role.
Lunch is provided.
