Following the publication of Information Note TC/IN 0004/2023, the maximum Special Leave with Pay entitlement is 5 consecutive days in any one instance, which is the current HSE stated self-isolation period. This change in duration will commence from 22 May 2023 onwards.
Members applying for Special Leave with Pay for Covid-19 must complete the application form at Appendix A in Circular 38/2022.
