Department of Education Launches School Staff Survey for Customer Service Improvement

The Department of Education is inviting all school staff to participate in a new online survey which will gather feedback on services such as payroll, leave entitlements, circulars, allocations, planning and building projects, and other service provisions. The survey is open from 4th November to 28th November.

School principals are encouraged to circulate the survey link among staff. It takes approximately five minutes to complete and is designed to inform the Department’s Customer Service Strategy for 2024-2026. School roll numbers are requested solely for data analysis purposes. 

This initiative marks the first phase of an annual research program that will continue for the next three years. All school staff are urged to participate to help shape improvements in the services they receive.
