Under the extension to the Building Momentum agreement there are two payments due to teachers this year (in addition to any payments due under the 1% which was available for sectoral bargaining).
There is 3% due from the 2nd February and a further 1% due on the 1st October.
The Department of Education have informed us that it is their intention to make these payments to teachers before Christmas and that it is also their intention to make all payments (i.e. The 3%, the 1% and all related retrospection) at the same time.
