Leadership Development for Schools

Leadership Development for Schools (LDS) is a National Programme established by the Department of Education and Science (DES) in 2002 to promote professional development for principals, deputy principals and others involved in school management and educational leadership in first and second level schools. In the past five years, in excess of 5,000 school leaders have participated in LDS programmes.
